Frozen Coconut Lemonade

My sweetness cravings could be too much to handle sometimes but thank God I found this recipe from Karen’s food blog, lowcaroneday.com :

Frozen Coconut Lemonade

Ingredients
1 13.5 oz can coconut milk
Zest of two lemons
1/2 cup lemon juice
Sweetener, to taste (I used Confectioner’s Swerve–use honey for Paleo)
5 cups of ice
Instructions

Add all the ingredients to the blender in the order listed and blend until smooth
Net Carb Count*: 8.81 g net carbs (for 1 serving)–serves 3

Total Carb Count: 9.31 g total carbs (for 1 serving)–serves 3
